Artistic Director
Teresa Emmons is a graduate of The Juilliard School. She has guested and danced an extensive repertoire of the classics and contemporary works all over the United States. She has taught at numerous schools including Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and Philadanco. Her works have been performed by the Dance Theatre of Harlem, regional ballet companies and by Olympic skating champions Kitty and Peter Carruthers. She is the director of the Dance Program and the Visual and Performing Arts Gifted Program at Dover High School.

Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Hip-Hop, and Social Dance
Andrea danced with Ballet Tech, a professional ballet company directed by renowned choreographer Eliot Feld. She assisted Mr. Feld in staging his works for The Juilliard School's 100th Anniversary Gala. Ms. Evers received scholarships to The Ailey School and Joffrey Ballet School, among others. She is a Dance Conservatory alumna.

Master Classes, Ballet, Character Dance, Company Class, Pas De Deux, Variations
Mr. Boitsov has danced with the Kiev Ballet and The Donetsk Ballet . His students have competed successfully in international ballet competitions including The Youth America Grand Prix and The Beijing International Competition.

Ballet, Jazz, and Modern
Ms. Caffo was trained at the Conservatory with Teresa Emmons. She attended the University of Utah, majoring in Ballet Performance. She appeared with the Ballet Theatre of Dover productions of “Nutcracker” and “Tommy,” and in other community productions including “Oklahoma!”

Ballet, Tap, Extension Classes
Trained at the Dance Conservatory and performed with the Ballet Theatre of Dover, she has taught dance for different programs in the area.

DramaChor, Musical Theatre
A graduate of Westchester University's School of Music, he teaches Music at W. Reily Brown Elementary School and is in high demand as an accompanist and musical director for area groups and organizations.

DramaChor
A graduate of Music Performance at Delaware State University, she teaches Music at Cape Henlopen Elementary School.

AcroDance
A former competitive athlete and gymnast, she won numerous awards for her athletic and academic abilities, including Sport Athlete of the Year for Springfield College. She was a record holder for the NCAA Division III for heptathlon.

The school’s Master Class Series has brought internationally known teachers to the Dover area. Since August 1995, the Master Class Series has featured Gelsey Kirkland, who formed an unforgettable partnership with Russian defector Mikhail Baryshnikov in the 70s and early 80s, Cynthia Gregory and Cynthia Harvey of American Ballet Theatre, Daniel Baudendistel of the Joffrey Ballet, Petter Jacobsson from London’s Royal Ballet, and now artistic director of The Royal Swedish Ballet, Larissa Shevaldina of the Bolshoi Ballet, Alexander Boitsov of the International Ballet Company, Giuseppe Canale of Bejart Ballet in Paris, Ruben Graciani of the Mark Morris Dance Company, and Freddie Moore of The Alvin Ailey Dance Company.

The Master Class Series links the school and the Dover community with the mainstream of Dance and brings its challenges and rewards to dance students in the community. Dance Conservatory joined The Schwartz Center for the Arts in their Dance Master Class Series with Tangokinesis from Argentina, Hubbard Street Dance 2 from Chicago and Martha Graham Dance Company.
